2005

ASAP Network Convention: Boston Massachusetts

Student Foundation members Ashley Krejci, Chris Jones and Jerry Parker attended the July, 2005 national ASAP conference held in Boston, Massachusetts.  They attended several sessions. In their spare time, they visited Cambridge, Boston, and Worcester, Massachusetts.

2006

ASAP Network Convention: San Antonio, Texas

Student Foundation members Vanessa Valdez, Kathy Martinez, Laramie McWilliams, Ashley Krejci, Kyle Morris, and Kristin Furrate attended the August, 2006 conference in San Antonio. They were accompanied by advisors Shannon Fitzpatrick and Jerry Parker. The group presented a seminar about "Foundations of Excellence," a highly popular event on the Texas State campus. The conference was a success.

2007

ASAP District Conference: Dallas, Texas

On March 9, 10, and 11, Student Foundation attended the Association for Student Advancement Programs (ASAP) district conference at the University of Texas-Dallas. Student Foundation members presented a powerpoint discussion, "Bobcat Pause: How to Form a Memorial Service on your Campus," at the conference. Student Foundation members also attended programs focusing on fundraising, student development, and team building activities.

ASAP Network Convention: Columbus, Ohio

From August 9-11, Student Foundation officers Matt Priest, Bonnie Cole and Michael Welch traveled to Ohio State University to attend the national ASAP Network Convention.
